Support the Less Privileged

OUR IMPACT AND WORK

Since 2019, Support the Less Privileged Organization has worked to improve lives in underserved communities across Sierra Leone, focusing on Freetown and nearby areas. We serve five urban communities—Tengbeh Town, Wilberforce, Hill Station, Lumley, and Kroobay—and two rural areas, Waterloo and Haston Village.

Our initiatives empower communities through sensitization programs via radio, TV, and social media, raising awareness on critical issues and fostering development.

We’ve provided over 2,000 scholarships and school supplies, supported 500 widows and 300 people with disabilities with food essentials, and offered COVID-19 relief through food and sanitary materials.

In 2024, we launched the “School Lunch Program,” providing daily allowances for 160 children to ensure nutritious meals and regular school attendance.

Support the Less Privileged Organization remains committed to uplifting marginalized communities and driving lasting change.
